Hi, I'm Chantel, founder of TaxFox. After 25 years in Human Resources, I started driving for Uber part-time while changing careers. That's when I began to understand the tax questions that come with earning money outside a traditional job.
Later, a family member who was new to trucking came to me with a long list of tax questions. I saw how overwhelming it can be to figure everything out on your own, especially when you're busy making a living.
That's why I created TaxFox: to help truck drivers, owner-operators, other self-employed individuals, and families make sense of their taxes, get clear answers, and feel more prepared for what's ahead.

As an IRS Authorized e-file Provider and active PTIN holder, I take accuracy, compliance, and continued education seriously. I'm also working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent so I can continue expanding the tax services I offer.
